Nintendo still surprises

Close to the launch of the Super NES classic, news came out today as per businesswire that NIntendo will bring back its coveted NES classic in the summer of 2018. More details are to surely follow but one has to wonder if people will still care by that time or if the hunger for nostalgia is big enough to last. I guess this largely relies on how well (or wrong) things will go this fall with the release of the SNES classic in September. So far the pre-order issues have not bode well.
Time will tell.
